If it's complete and in working order, I wouldn't entertain anything less
than an even $1M.  You have to consider that this is the first simulator
of it's kind for the first successful jet airliner.  Even as a
cosmetically sound but inoperable "museum queen" it's got a LOT of value.
I'd go right to the Smithsonian with this for the new Air & Space museum
they're opening.
