Off the top of my head i cant tell you ,  but somewhere at home i have a
pcb etching kit with all the information on the chemicles as to what
dilution is needed for the right mix.

also there is a couple of different types of chem's and types of etichable
pcb's on the market ( at least in australia )so you will need to let me
what chem's you are using so i dont give you the wrong info on dilution
scales,

a quick tip if you are going to etch pcb's use a air-rator in the tank ,
this helps speed up the process , not because of the air your pumping in,
its actually the circulation of fresh chem's in contact with the
copperwhich speed up the process.

from what i have found there is no set time for a etch to take it rely's on
the size of the board you are creating ,  trial and error is the only
suggestion i have for your time question .
