Marv, the Type IV panel has the wiring and bulbs embedded in a substrate
on the rear of the panel. The wiring "diagram" you see on the back is
actually a grinding path to be used when replacing or repairing the panel.
The Type V panel has a VERY thin PCB with grain of wheat bulbs soldered
onto the face side. This PCB is attached to the plastic lightplate with
very tiny countersunk philips head screws.
