It is really good to know what's underneath the panels.. thank you so much
Since I'm not familiar with feet&inch system, I prefer to convert and adjust
all the panel to be metric units. Besides, I have checked with DZUS for the
fasteners and rails, and found that we have to pay approx $750 for 150 sets
of PFSC35-38A-QA fastener, and one or two pieces of PF35QA rails.
I personally like to make a resin or some other materials (aluminum, maybe)
for the fastener's head (only the things to can see from the seat... that's
more than enough to me), and find some solutions to fix all the backplates
to the aircraft's left and right panels. Finally, I expect to see almost
the same look compare to the real things. Some of that fastener head sample
were made here.. man, they look so real. My friend he cast it from resin, I
can even read four small letters 'DZUS' on the top of it !!!!!!
Unfortunately, he refused to make a large number of it.
The panels I made are almost done (so many 'almost' here). They will be
backlidable, made up from 7.5 mm. thickness plastic, and look very solid!
Imagine that we have spent months finding the suppliers and finalizing the
work. Unbelievable, I have almost 10 pieces of different qualities,
material, thickness and versions of the TEST panel here.

Most standard panels are 5.375 in between rails for the F-16. The Manual
Pitch Override row is 2.6 between rails. The EPU is tapered but I don't have
the dimensions yet. The panel below the Nucelar Consent is shorter than the
rest. If you need that I can get it.
