[simpits-tech] OT: Car "driving sims"

<tangential_thinking_mode>  Does anyone know of a *good* or even mediocre 
car *DRIVING* sim, as opposed to a car *racing* sim?
I'm looking for something which you can do the cruising thing in, a bit 
like flight sim, and has some form of 3rd party add-on-ability?  Longshot I 
know :)

So far the only one I know of is "Micro Flight" which does support driving 
ground vehicles, just not that realistically..
