Derek, an "easy" way to get a curved mirror is to build it the same way
some simulator manufacturers do.
On the MD-83 simulator that Alaska Airlines has, they have this huge
curved mirror that's used as part of the display system. The mirror
itself is just a sheet of silvered mylar. The mirror frame has a material
that's drilled in a similar way to how an air hockey table is built. They
use a vacuum pump to suck the mylar sheet to the surface. It works quite
well.
