[simpits-tech] Stepper Controller V2.1

Just get the board quoted - its gonna cost $100 in startup fee and then
aprox $20 per board - so it looks like im doing a photoprint instead -
on the hust for a used plotter.


But I did it again.... swapped Vss (gnd) and Vdd (plus) so here is
version 2.1
