Ray's does four encoders, comes with four rotary encoders, will work with
EPIC or a Hagstrom encoder, all for $99.  His board is a lot neater & more
compact than theirs as well.

BTW, any chance you can get some of the DC-8 parts you need before they
smash 'em down?  Yokes, etc?
