Now you're thinking right!

You'll need a shop, lumber storage, CAD room, paint room, proper sim room
with custom lighting and air-con, parts storage room, VIP guest lounge
... did I miss anything?  :)

As for the bendy MDF, you could make that on the table saw, the kerf cuts
don't need to be THAT accurate since they're on the underside
anyway. Always glue wherever possible since that gives a much much
stronger result than screws can.

Ah.. I love the smell of sawdust in the mornings....
