Gene... picture of the back of the _right_ side circuit breaker panel is

Note the heavy bus connections bolted to the breaker buses. There are
metal strips which distribute power to each breaker on the bus, and a
white wire then goes from the 'safe' side of each breaker to the
appropriate circuit.
