You can measure off anything in it you want. I have given parts and info =
to Martin "Pegasus" for just the same reasons. One of the main reasons I =
got this thing is to be able to use the laser scanner on it to glean =
info right out of it into CAD/CAM. It will be a timesaver despite the =
fact I have authentic technical data on the crewstation on the -16.=20
We are making a JSF cockpit right now for LM, for thier second full size =
mock up which will be at Paris this year.
Its a really busy time this year,...would like to have some more months =
in this first quarter. That would make life nice!

Take it easy,

Chris

  I can upload your pics, no prob. Chris. Can't wait to see it in =
person. I will bring my Digital camera and upload pics to the simpits =
site when I get home from seeing the pit. I want to come out on a day =
that I can take some detailed measurements for my pit building. I would =
like to dissect apart every piece that you'll let me. As I type right =
now, my wife is talking to a girl she works with whose husband in some =
sort of project manager/big wig type who works for Lockheed and oversees =
guess which program??? You got it, the F-16. So, she is setting up a =
date we can all go out to dinner and I am going to try to do some =
networking here and see what if anything I can buy, beg, steal or batter =
for. I hope I can use you, Chris, and hopefully meet a new friend and =
compile some data and measurements for us Viper drivers out there. =
Guess I am going to have to set up a web site so I can deliver this info =
if and when I get it. Boy, I'm getting excited just thinking about it, =
heheheheh.

  HI Mike, I knew I would get a rise out of someone with the LED =
comment! ; )

  I am a solderer too, but I require a bit of fun in my simulator =
discussions. I will put the pics up when it gets here cuase I want to =
take my own clean pics of the trainer. The Cockpit is complete and has =
all interior components. I am going to put a new Wide angle LANTRIN HUD =
into it, along with real flight instruments and MFD,s. A few other parts =
I will trade out as needed. Right now all the warning lights function, =
and I will add the Floods and other various systems for realism. This =
cockpit will be a sister to my F-111 cockpits. I am also getting another =
one which has a canopy ( C model too), and possibly an A model too. I am =
going to give the A model cockpit to Marc Wiegart.

  I dont know how to do photo uploads anyway, Ill have to have Doc =
Fagner do it for me.

  Take care,

  Chris

          Hi Doc Fagner!

          You need to come by and see the pictures of the new F-16C =
cockpit I just
          bought. Its awesome. I also bought another real F-16 ACES II =
and a true
          F-15 ACES II. I will be shipping it in the next week or two.
          I have pictures on my pc.
          I love being able to talk OFF TOPIC...How nice. I hope the LED =
soldering
          crowd doesnt push me out of this fourm too! ; )

          Cheers,

          Chris

          PS Hi to all the other off topic freaks out there. I miss the =
chats!

(sorry=20
          Brian, I'm stuck on this one)
but
> maybe you can =
help me. I=20
          have a buddy of mine who just recently moved to
> Spain. =
He used=20
          to live in New Jersey and we would play Falcon 4 =
online
all
>=20
          the time. He had a static and I had a dynamic IP behind a =
router and=20
          I
> would open ports and add the command line to =
falcon.exe -ip=20
          xxx.xxx.xxx.xx
> of my cable modem's IP address and we =
could=20
          play just fine.
>
> Now I have the static ip =
address and=20
          can hook into the Jetnet (Falcon's
> online game server) =
but he=20
          has a private IP address in the 10.2.x.x range.
> We =
cannot get=20
          him to hook into any server (or hook into my machine)=20
          to
play
> online. We have opened the needed ports (we =
think)=20
          but he doesn't seem to
> be behind a mappable IP =
address, only a=20
          private one. How can we get
around
> this so he can =
play=20
          online? He is able to use Roger Wilco and I have =
a
base
>=20
          station set up and we can talk to each other smooth as=20
          butter.
>
> Any help from you or anyone would be =
greatly=20
          appreciated. By the way,
> someone either in the chat or =
Tech=20
          group recommended using 2 soundcards to
> pipe the sound =
effects=20
          through one and the voice comms of roger wilco
> through =
the=20
          other. Well, I can tell you first hand it works like a =
champ
>=20
          (I'm using XP pro). I couldn't believe I didn't have any =
conflicts=20
          with
> this working.
>
> Jay
>
> =
