Ah, whoops, I must have forgotten to upload it when I got back from Holland. 
One day I'll grow a working memory...

Anyway, I've tidied up my build tree and made sure no random experiments have
slipped in, so these files should contain the up-to-date binaries and source:

Desktop: http://flatpack.microwavepizza.co.uk/gemxm/xmdesk.zip
Build Tree: http://flatpack.microwavepizza.co.uk/gemxm/xmbuild.zip

That last file contains the complete build tree for the GEM/XM-specific
components along with the relevant build tools and files that are probably
non-XM-specific, such as Output, the fonts and the drivers.
