[GEM Development] version of opengem for easy use for windows users

Greetings -

I will not be able to work on it much for a little while yet, with exam 
season looming; if you get it working on Windows then I will gladly 
assist in the munging it for Mac use and quite possibly Linux as well.  
I'll download DosBox later and give it a twirl.

I may well also be able to host it.
