Woo.  One step closer to victory.

I'm only a mediocre programmer but do you think it's possible, now that 
the XM source is complete, to merge XM into the current dev GEM?

At any rate, GEM has come a long way since it's been open-sourced; we have 
SVGA support, 256-color support, and an updated look and feel, not to 
mention all the extra features in the DESKTOP.  Perhaps soon we will be 
able to finish off the final touches of what DR was never able to 
complete.
