I got an interesting email the other day:

==========================
Hi Shane,
I have been having some emails with Steve.
I gave him your email address.
I hope you do not mind.
He is working on a package of FreeDOS with educational software for old
PCs for children.
Having some apps that work with freedos, packaged with FreeGEM, would
improve tha attractivenes of the system for use on older PCs. And
probably relatively newer PCs once experience has been gained.
I am thinking that the educational software could have some applications
for (young) adult learning, including programming languages which might
be helpful for developing FreeDOS and FreeGEM, and expanding it's
developer base.
There could be volunteers for programme for application adaption or
development for FreeGEM.
Hope this turns out useful
Yours
Alasdair
