Or c) They do use Lookout Explodes to read e-mail, but are smart enough to 
keep up-to-date with security patches and just not open the viruses!

Hmmm, plus, Norton and SpamAssassin filter out most of the junk, so I guess 
that does go under B, for Norton at least...
