You can get a better idea of how the quadrant is built from this pciture.  It narrower than the 727 quadrant, but only by about 3/4" on each side.  One thing you'll notice is that the 737 is missing the little metal levers to the left of the Stab Cruise Trim control on the right hand side of the quadrant.
Below the fuel cocks, you can see the fire extinguisher handles for both engines and the APU.

This is the center console.  From top to bottom are:
Communications radio, Navigation radio and radio select panels.
The black knob at the bottom of the image is the aileron trim control.

This chowderhead is Robbi. :)
As you can see, the windows are fully functional.  When a flightcrew is using the CPT, they usually leave it open.  Shame on them.  It tempted me too much.  You'd be surprised at how fast a pilot can really move if you poke your head through the window and go "HI THERE!" *grin*  Fortunately, I knew the pilot so I didn't get into trouble when the poor schmuck damn near landed in the FO seat. :)  Left a nasty mark though. The speedbrake handle wasn't designed to move left and right.

Deja Moo?  The feeling you've heard this bullsh*it somewhere before....
