[GEM Development] Strange problem running OpenGEM

A chap called Dima has been having a strange problem with running
OpenGEM and OpenGEM/XM on his FreeDOS machine.
His 4DOSLOG produces the following output

It's weird. It seems that his system successfully SUBST's the folders
to drive O:, but then it cannot locate the files on that drive.
However, he can navigate to that drive to see the files (as shown with
his COMMAND.COM log below):
