[GEM Development] Project Liberation Beta 3 now online

Just downloaded this (somewhat more quickly than I would have at my previous 
home - 2Mbit ADSL is very nice!) - it's looking good. I do especially like 
the built-in text file viewer in the Desktop, nice work, John!

If I have any problems, I'll let you know. (Testing it under MS-DOS 6.2 
under Virtual PC).
