[GEM Development] bug with the desktop? _ENTER A DOS COMMAND

Hm...I just encountered this problem too.  When I selected ENTER A DOS
COMMAND is said "This application cannot find the file or folder you are
trying to open."

I am using Project Liberation Beta 2.
