Blair Campbell was testing OpenGEM Complete Release 4 Update 3 to see
what files could be UPXed and retain functionality.  Here are his results:


I have just tested UPXing apps in OpenGEM 4 and it seems that the only
files UPXable are *.exe, *.com, and desktop and output.app
