DLO> So is there a GEM developer kit with Turbo C libraries?

There are the offical Turbo C bindings from DRI
available ( i think on deltasoft).
I have used this bindings with Turbo C 2.01, TC 3.0, Borland C 3.0,
3.1 and 4.05 so there is no problem in using them if you don't want to
compile the libs yourslef you could have the compiled libs.
