[GEM Development] NextGEM website and release date

There will be a forthcoming website for NextGEM at
http://gem.shaneland.co.uk/nextgem, and hopefully a 0.1 release will be
available on CD by the end of October.

NextGEM will be based (it seems) on NetBSD 1.6.1 and KDE 3.1.4.
