[simpits-tech] Mailing lists closing for a bit...

Hey folks, I'm doing some maintenance and consolidation over here, and I'm 
going to be closing down all the simpits and gem lists for a while.  When 
things come back online, the gem-dev list will still be around, but I'm 
going to consolidate the simpits lists down to just simpits-tech.
