...you submit a FOIA request to the Oregon ANG for copies of the most recent version of the F-15 flight manual. :)

Apparently some time in 2012-2013, they replaced some of the steam gauges on the right instrument panel with a 6x8 MFD in order to use the SNIPER
(SNIPR?) pod.  As a result, it also displays what those old steam gauges show....

I haven't been able to find any photos of it. :(
