Yep, Boeing is a CATIA house. As for the cost of a license, it is my understanding that a dedicated single-user license costs are on par with the user's salary. They have multi-user licenses as well in several flavors - a basic viewer that's available to just about anyone within the company that asks for it, a more capable viewer that lets the user perform measurements that requires basic approval, and a full-featured version that requires justified approval and pops up a warning every time you use it that reminds you that it is expensive, and that you should use the cheaper versions if you don't need the advanced features.

Boeing is just about 100% Catia. They have been for a very, very long
time. It's my understanding that Catia makes SolidWorks downright
inexpensive in comparison. :)
