Thanks guys, I have v18, but I can't seem to find the specific changes
between 18 and 20... the search continues :)

Sean, another resource you might want to look at is the planning group
meetings for the specification.  The information is public record until
it goes from "draft" to "standard", but the final version of the draft
should have everything you need.
