This has been going on at BMS for years.  I think the general consensus from
Hasbro has been as long as no one commercializes it or tries to make money
off it, stay under the radar, they won't do a thing about it.  It's 15 year
old source code that's been out for as long.  They had plenty of time to
"defend" their IP rights. But we all know this sim will never see the light
of day again commercially and I don't think Hasbro wants to waste any money
defending something that's been on the loose for 15 years and that would be
a money loser if they tried.  They might very well lose as it would be
impossible to prove damages and the fact they never tried to "defend" it
before.
