This project showed up on my radar today:

It /appears/ to be the Falcon 4.0 source code with the serial numbers 
filed off and a new "license" applied.

Has Hasbro blessed this kind of thing?  I notice the project has been 
around for about a year, which would be plenty of time for the lawyers at 
Hasbro to lose their little minds over this...
