I've been chatting with that guy on x-plane.org, he is doing some nice
work.

Thanks for posting the shield....I am using USB/virtual serial comms
right now, but that requires USB, and you know what? USB SUCKS!!! I am
ready to go ethernet...but I'm not going to use X-Plane's UDP, far too
limiting for what I need. USB "nodes" are quite fluid and
unpredictable. Ethernet can use a static IP and be done with it once
and for all...I need that.

Has a card reader built in, kinda cool. I'm sure it's some cheap
Chinese thing, so I'm not sure about the quality...worth a shot though,
perhaps?

THANKS!!! Golden!!!! Looks like I may have found a source for my
"glass" HSI in the Sabreliner. :)
