[simpits-tech] External ATIS App for MSFS9/FSX?

I'm looking for a "voice ATIS" type tool, to run on a separate PC (or
sound device) to vocalise the FS ATIS messages..   I know there was one
on the market a while back but I can't remember what it was called, and
googling has come up dry.

 

Any ideas?
