IIRC there are a couple of transformers on that board they occupy some
space.  I seem to recall that the board can output 26v and 115v 400 Hz.

Is there a reason the board is so large?  It looks to me like it could be
condensed quite a bit - but my circuit design ability is only eclipsed by my
ability to give birth... :)
