[simpits-tech] C-130 AMP simulator...

The sad but TRUE part is the entire C-130 AMP project was cancelled, AFTER
all the R&D was done, AFTER all the testing was done, AFTER that sim was
built, and AFTER the first several COMPLETED airframes were delivered.

They decided (AFTER all this was paid for) that it would be too expensive,
and they scrapped the entire project. Starting from scratch on a "less
expensive" option to modernize the C-130 fleet.
