There used to be a torrent which had lots of old 737-200(IIRC) manuals, can't remember if it included the IPC, but I know it had the Structural repair manual... so the IPC is a good possibility.  Some of the accompanying docs were not English, but the part numbers etc were ok :)
Worth a shot.. I downloaded it once, but have no idea where it would be now.   If you can't find anything I'll have a hunt.

I appreciate that this is a long shot, but does anyone here have access to an IPC for any of the 727/737 series?  Older the better.
