On the face of it, the seller is full of it.  If that thing has two ACES 
II seats in it, I'll eat my hat.  The lack of forward instrument (or rear) 
photos is highly suspicious.  You can see the face of a CRT in one of the 
photos.

I've see restored F-4 ejection seats, and while what he's got are similar, 
they're sure as hell not restored.  It even looks like he's using a seat 
pad as a lumbar pad.

What he's got is certainly not worth anywhere near what he's asking for 
it.
