It's one of those things that if a replacement front bubble were to fall 
in my lap, I'd build the needed section to support the hinge. :)  I'd 
almost be tempted to scratch build one, but the thought of vacuforming a 
sheet of acrylic that large and 1/2" thick to boot would be one hell of a 
task.
