[simpits-tech] Leo's BU036 and encoders

Bugger. The E is way more expensive than the G was :(  We must have
bought these as cheap dual encoders years ago... and they must have been
cheap, they look it.  Work ok though.  Sadly I am spoilt at work, we use
grayhill $$$ ones, and have only failed 2 in the 6 years we have been
using them.
