I have not got my hands on this but tons of I/O via USB. Its called 
Teensy++2.0 and it has pins. for $27.00 in your hand its an 16Mhz AVR so 
you can use Teensyduino (an add-on for the Arduino IDE core AT90USB1286 
has UART, I2C, SPI  8 Analog inputs , 9 PWM, and 46 digital I/O.
