I blame you Gene!
>From a suggestion on this very list, I installed and started messing around
with VB.net My plan was to write a simple program to record my sim's
position as a kml file which I could load into Google Earth. At least, that
was the plan.. now I have a good part of my very own instructor station
program written, which will do all the things that I want, and is specific
to my sim. so <sarcasm> "Thanks" Gene! </sarcasm>
Seriously though, anyone who has a vague interest in writing anything to
talk to MSFS through FSUIPC should download VB.net express 2010, get the
FSUIPC Client for .NET 1.3 (from Pete Dowson's forum) and start messing
around with the samples.
