For those interested in the DIY cockpit project, I've just posted a new 
draft manual - it's up to 183 pages now and there is only a single chapter 
left to write.

I painted the windscreen with a specially tinted primer - it looks pretty 
good, but needs another coat:

The last chapter will cover final assembly and some exterior finishing 
tips.  (like the tint codes to have your local Ace Hardware mix up some 
Zinc Chromate Green for you. :) )
