For those who're living overseas with APO/FPO addresses, and not being
able to order electronic stuff from particular online sites (such as
amazon), I'm not sure if you hear about www.apobox.com  

It is a private company that forwards packages sent via FedEx(tm),
UPS(tm), and DHL(tm) to military APO FPO DPO addresses overseas via the
US Post Office with additional fees.  That might be an alternate choice.

Trust me, I tried. It tells you as soon as you try and complete the
order that they won't ship a 
particular item to you. I ran into the same thing a few weeks ago with a
dang bathroom scale. They 
wouldn't do it...
