Here's a couple of pics from the work done on Saturday.  Many thanks to 
Rob for the repeated sanity checks on weird angle cuts. :)

The windscreen frame is made from 1/2" MDF and the monitor deck is framed 
with 1/2" OSB and skinned with 1/8" tempered hardboard.  The top is made 
from 1/4" MDF.
