Hey Gene, Sorry, I tried. They can't even discuss processes unless you're not in competition with GE (which you aren't) and you're ITARS certified (which, I think, you aren't). In short, even if you were it sounded like a lot of red tape for a simple request. But I gave it a shot. Brian
