If you had asked this a couple summers ago when I was working for Smiths Aerospace, I could have hooked you up no question... as 
it is I'm gonna try and get ahold of my old manager and see if he can help me out.

Not exactly.  This type of construction jig is used for laying up a wiring 
harness that could be from 3 to 300 feet long.  What I need is someone in 
the Boeing wiring shop with a camera. :)
