I'm serious.  If you can't find any other way to make the holes, send it 
over and I'll cut 'em out for you.  The plastic can't contain any PVC 
though.  Cutting PVC with the laser will void the warranty because the 
gasses produced from PVC are VERY acidic and will ruin the metal parts 
inside.
