[simpits-tech] Synchro converter boards - Was Beta Innovations Nitro Analog board

>From what I have seen of this circuit and read of this chapter, it will be a
serial data input from a standard serial port. The circuit is setup to use
a multidrop RS 485 data bus. The data is then converted via a PIC and then
sent into the rest of the circuit where the magic happens. You will need a
26v 400hz power to drive this board as well as your synchros. If you have
this, great, if not, then Mike also provides a little inverter board you can
build but need +/- 24v to run. Not a typical PS, but obtainable. For both
of these projects you will need to source some transformers....but don't
fear, I've already done that part.

The biggest thing one will need to do is write some interface software to
get the digital data out of the sim to the serial port. Once that's done,
the rest is soldering and watching in great anticipation.

Well Jay I will be standing in Line, if there is a line forming for
the first production run.

I need to control a total of 4 Synchro so put me down for the number
Synchro converter boards that will do the job!

2 of the Synchro's are 26 volts 400hz and I will let you know the
voltage of the other 2 but my guess is they are also 26 volts 400hz.

Any idea what the input will be, 0 to 5 volt like the Nitro Analog or
Digital?
