 if it is a backlight HV unit you need you really need to find out what kind of voltages you need also.

maybe try the same company you got the tft screen from and see if they have the hv unit for it.

Prohm, the high voltage they are referring to my have something to do with
the power supply that's part of the display and used to drive the
back-light.

available off the shelf.
