Ok, I've got the sql database back online, BUT the file retrieval(sp)
mechanism is still broken.  It's next to impossible to remember what I did
6 years ago. :)

Thanks to Mr. Fagner, I fixed a permissions problem that I'd
fumble-fingered earlier in the day and managed to kill the mailing list.

I'm going to bed now. *crash*
