well if you want to make them like the real ones -
you need a CNC machine to cut the Plexiglas, then paint it white a few
coats, then black,
then if you have access to a laser engraver, laser the lettering, or the
hard way is to CNC them.

then you need to get a PCB, solder some LED's on it and there you have it :
)
