Well the deal was that Qwest had my routing borked.  They're the upstream
provider for my ISP.  They got it fixed this morning.  Now that it's
fixed, a windstorm showed up today and knocked out the power and the DSL.
*sigh*  Power came on at about 5pm and the DSL came up around 9pm.
Barring any more natural disasters or drunks playing chicken with
telephone poles, service should continue to be un-interrupted. :)
